The Blacksmith

Silky was outside on a relatively sunny, shiny day, surrounded by heat, smoke, dust, and metal. She was watching the blacksmith finish up her weapon, two mini scythes. (If anyone's read homestuck, think Karkat's scythe things XD) She watched him as he dropped them both, still hot, into a vat of Killueen blood. It had taken her 2 days to find enough Killueens, but they had the highest hidden psychic aspect, and imbued the blades with a better resonance for the user's soul. She watched silently as he fished them out with tongs, and dried them carefully with thick silk cloth. Not able to resist, she reached out and took the weapons, nodding at the slight heft of them. They were silver in color, with black leather stingray skin wrapped handles. Beauties, the lot. She spun one, and the other, and had an impromptu spinning act. The blacksmith nodded with approval, knowing a good weapon handler when he saw one. "How much?" she asked.
