I gave swing of my axe, chopping through the rusty chains, and the door weights smashed to the ground. I moved forward and pushed the wall doors open.

"Well, it is now ours to find if it is here."

"Should you, I will return with haste," I answered, holstering the axe again as I walked through, "I am going to use my speed to explore the far end of the grounds for our library. I will reach to you should I uncover it. You should seek a records room. Whatever government once ruled must have left traces. We're more likely to find something to track it there."

I arrived at the library and found what appeared to be the main checkout desk. I made my way behind the counter and found a heavily faded and torn catalogue. I used it to ascertain where the public records section could be found, and wondered if the others had known of my deception. The psychic girl would probably catch on soon, so I hurried to the section and found missives I believed would be related to Excalibur, snapshotting them with the implant.

I suddenly got the chills about something of someone close to us. So I wonder what Rodriun is up to. Moo that's too harsh to suspect him for something. But what's so important about this sword? I mean if sins impossible to kill Necros. I thing to myself now Wyeth more questions but stood silent.

I thought back to what Athemies brought up earlier about Necrosplicer. Necrosplicer? I thought. That's Silver's last name. Could she have subconsciously traced something back to him? I shook my head, opening an old door and finding a large office. "Maybe it's in here." I said to myself, lowering my weapon.

I finally clicked through the last of the records, and reached out to the rest of the group, there is information here in the back wing. Take the main corridor to the far end, left, and up three flights of stairs.

On it. I thought back to Rodriun. I left the room I was in and followed his directions, meeting him in the record room. "So what have you found?" I asked.

"There are a few catalogues here," I put a pile of books to the side, "and enchanted object references here on this shelf," I patted a row of books.

"Those are official records of state controlled assets, of which Excalibur should be mentioned. It will likely not be listed by name though, so we will have to find the description of the appropriate object, and check its number with these," I pulled three heavy books from the shelf, "manuscripts detailing the locations and status of the objects listed in there.

"There's also these scrolls," I pointed to a shelf at the end of the balcony, "they detail many magical items, their creators, methods of creation, general magical knowledge of enchanted artifacts. We could probably find out more in there as well."

"It looks like our safest bet would to check the scrolls first. Maybe they placed Excalibur under a pseudonym to lower suspicion of where it's hidden." I said. I then heard my name being called out from behind me. As I turned, I saw Hestia standing in the doorway of the office. "Hestia!" I said, approaching her. "How in the world did you get here?"

"Actually I didn't. I was taking a walk through the forest when all of a sudden a portal open. Curiosity got the best of me and I went through. I didn't know i would end up here." I said honestly
